ABOUT USTCOM ONLINE
What we do:
- Visit each site to make an inventory of installed USTs and related petroleum equipment. We lift every manhole and looks inside gas pump doors looking for areas of noncompliance.
- Make a rough sketch of the location.
- Go through existing records, separating current UST information from that which can be archived.
- Record important UST testing and permitting anniversary dates.
- Scan important underground storage tank documents into our computer for backup.
- Check our findings against the state database to make sure their UST information is correct.
- Complete and file with the state any forms that are needed.
- Enter UST data into the USTCOM System database.
Create a professional looking UST compliance binder for each location to include:
- General information about installed petroleum equipment including spill and overfill information.
- CAD drawing of the location.
- Current UST leak detection records.
- Current UST line & line leak detector testing records.
- Corrosion protection records to include design information, and testing results.
- Records of any UST interior lining that has occurred.
- Everything an EPA inspector needs to see at an UST inspection
- Create an archive binder to organize all out of date information, by location.
- Enter important UST anniversary dates in the computer to include:
- Tank tightness testing
- Line tightness testing
- Line leak detector testing
- Corrosion protection testing
- Internal inspection of UST due date
- Permit anniversary
- Generate a report detailing all areas of concern for UST compliance.
