  • No spill containment on the Kerosene tank.
  • Stained soil beneath the fill on that same kerosene tank.
  • Leak inside one of the dispensers along with more stained soil
  • Obsolete automatic tank gauge with no parts availability or support.
  • No corrosion protection installed on the flex connector product line ends.
  • No proof of UST and product line construction.

The cost to correct these items is in the neighborhood of $80,000-100,000
